Located in the beautiful village of Scurlage, one of the most sought-after destinations of the Gower Peninsula. There are local shops, pub and most importantly the glorious sandy beach all within easy reach. Gower is ever popular with surfers, walkers, and cyclists alike, here you are well placed to enjoy all these activities. Spend a day enjoying all the on-site shared facilities to include indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and games room to name a few. This wonderful holiday complex holds an array of features to enjoy come rain or shine. Enjoy a drive to Mumbles with its range of independent shops and eateries for you to try out. Open the front door into the entrance hallway, the perfect place to hang your coats, kick off your walking boots or flip flops. Open the door straight ahead, and you will find yourself at the heart of this cottage, the light filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can relax in front of the TV/DVD, or in the dining area gather around the table and enjoy chatting over long lunches. The kitchen area is perfectly positioned to prepare a home cooked meal and comes well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There are patio doors leading off the lounge area with views across the shared garden area. Leading off the lounge you will find the spacious double bedroom which has a lovely restful atmosphere to it with large window and ample storage space. Head back towards the entrance hallway and you will find the further twin bedroom. To complete the property, you will find the shower room with shower and WC and underfloor heating, making this a warm and cosy room to enjoy a hot soak.

Heading outside, you will have access to the rear shared garden area with added seating for all to enjoy, this is the perfect social space to enjoy a picnic with family and friends or to relax with a glass of wine and a good book. The property also provides a small seating area directly outside the patio doors with private usage garden furniture.

A clean well presented cottage in a truly amazing location. Just a short drive to many beautiful beaches, we had such a fabulous week here. The cottage had everything you would need, the owners of the site were extremely friendly and helpful, unfortunately the swimming pool was closed due to Covid, once this reopens the site would have everything yRead moreou need.
