This delightful semi-detached holiday home nestles next to the owners’ home on their idyllic family farm, boasts lovely countryside views and is perfectly placed just 3 miles from the coast.

Visit nearby Trebarwith Strand, which is pet friendly, has a surf school, and lifeguards on hand during the summer season. Take a hike or stroll along the South West Coast Path, with views of the north coast on the route. Slightly further afield you will find the coastal villages of Port Isaac, where TV’s Doc Martin is filmed, Padstow and Rock. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include Bodmin Moor and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Visit the fishing village of Boscastle and the medieval village of Tintagel. With its craggy ruins steeped in myth and legend, Tintagel is home to Tintagel Castle and you can also walk over the stunning new 60-meter bridge set between two cliffs on a visit.

Venture inside this cosy cottage and you will firstly find yourself in an undeniably useful boot/dog room which also houses a washing machine. Here decant after a day exploring and then step into the compact yet perfectly appointed kitchen. This includes a range of appliances and equipment including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The next room is the beautifully spacious and light lounge/diner and here you will find comfortable sofas sat beside a TV, DVD and warming coal-effect electric fire. Dining can be enjoyed in this space or alternatively step outside via the patio doors and savour meals alfresco during warm weather. Head further inside and due to all of the accommodation handily being arranged on the one level, you will soon find the beautiful bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) with lovely countryside views. Completing the offering inside the property, located on the opposite side of the hallway to the bedroom is a shower room with shower and WC.

Head outside and to the front of the cottage, you will find the fabulous outside space which comprises a delightful, enclosed garden with lovely countryside views, a lawn, patio area, BBQ and garden furniture. Private off-road parking for one car is also provided.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

What a beautiful place to stay , it was like home from home . The welcome gift was very much appreciated. Even though we were in the middle of nowhere ,it was not to far from places to visit . We loved every minute of our time at Honeysuckle cottage. Eliza our host was so helpful and accomodating. We just didn't want to leave and it was a perfect base for getting to wherever we wanted to go each day. It was also so peaceful to be there and so lovely and quiet. We had a fantastic time at the cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We were central to lots of different places that we visited. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go back and stay again.

Wonderful cottage which is perfect for a dog too. The cottage was sparkling clean and had everything we needed, it was more spacious than we expected and the outside space with wonderful view was an added bonus, the position is perfect to explore north Cornwall.

Honeysuckle Cottage was the perfect home from home for our stay! Clean, confortable and well equipped. The perfect location for exploring the North coast of Cornwall. The owners were lovely, and helpfull, on hand for advice. We really enjoyed our stay at Honeysuckle cottage. The cottage location is fantastic for discovering Cornwall and is in a lovely setting. It was peace and quiet all week... bliss! Incredible stay. So clean and cosy and really appreciated having all the little bits often not included with Holiday rentals (iron, board games, books, etc) Didnt hear a single sound, so peaceful and tranquil. 10/10
