If you have a dog there is a very handy exercise area nearby. The two local shops were useful for groceries. The double bed was excellent, shower compartment likewise.

This is a good location and ideal for family of four. Friendly owners who are very helpful. I wouldnt want to stay here with six people as theres not enough room in the house itself. Good access to beaches and coast walks.

The cottage was bigger than expected and more than enough space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The location was further away from Holywell beach than expected but only a 5min drive away and was in easy reach of some other wonderful beaches. Being in the centre of Cubert we were less than a minute to the local convenience store, fish & chip shop and Read morepublic house. Would love to return to this cottage again next year Hide

Advertised as sleeping six but its a tight fit with parking for one car, and a bedroom directly off the kitchen. Limited space in a quaint cottage like this means its difficult for all six to eat together or relax in the living area together. Ideal for 4. We felt that it was a little pricey but we did go at one of the busiest times.

A charming cottage, very well equipped And lovely furniture, The location is wonderful, in a small village where every store you wish sits just across the street: a pub, a shop, a fish and chips shop and a great bakery, The church nearby is really worth a visit, and many great beaches are a couple of minutes drive away. Hyacinth Cottage is very characterful and cosy and must be great with a roaring fire in the winter. Its very well located near Holywell and Crantock Bays where we spent many sunny days with our dog, Rocky. They both have streams which are great for dogs, especially at low tide..... A lovely decorated cottage in a village setting. The kitchen has a toaster, dishwasher, microwave, hob dual ovens and a washing machine. The bedrooms are well equipped with an extra shower in the master bedroom and a hot water booster when required. There is a separate small walled garden at the rear and a field opposite for dogs, take a torch ! IdRead moreeal for a Summer break but a bit draughty if bad weather. Not as close to the coast as expected, the walk to Holywell is picturesque if quite long. Hide

The cottage is really comfortable and Mrs Norfolk was very friendly on arrival. The location in the village of Cubert is perfect as a base to visit the Cornish coast and we would be happy to stay at Hyacinth Cottage again in the future.
