This delightful property has been lovingly designed and appointed in a fresh and contemporary style, and with an expansive sandy beach close-by provides a perfect retreat for families and couples alike.

In addition to the 2 miles of golden sands the town also offers a range of pubs, restaurants, shops and access to the South West Coast Path. Just next door is the Royal North Devon Golf Club, where guests not only automatically have access to the bar and restaurant, but a discounted rate is available for golfing enthusiasts. The nearby town of Bideford provides both a pannier and open-air market and from the pretty quay you can enjoy a trip to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg. Other attractions in the area include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, Instow, Hartland Abbey and Quay, Tapeley Park, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.

Stepping in to the property you will find yourself in a beautifully light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There is cosy seating around a Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD, and bi-folding patio doors that open up onto the garden. The kitchen area is well-equipped and offers an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and there is also a useful utility located adjacent to this with a washer/dryer and storage for outdoor clothing and boots. The final room on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, and French doors to outside. The ground floor is ideal for those with limited mobility. Heading up the stairs and to the first floor here you will discover the rest of the beautifully appointed bedrooms. There is a king-size with en-suite shower and WC, and French doors to an enclosed balcony with seating and a spacious twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with TV. There is also a bathroom with hand held shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside, this lovely property fully benefits from a generous enclosed garden with lawn, patio, garden furniture and BBQ. For those lazy evenings, there is also a private hot tub to sink into. There is also a lockable storage for bikes and outdoor equipment provided in the shape of a garden shed.

Beautiful house and very comfy and clean. Westward Ho is a lovely unspoilt seaside town and the surrounding area is lovely. The only down side was building work directly beside the property. Didn't affect us too badly but if you want a lay in past 8am check if it's been completed before booking.

One of the best standards of accommodation we have stayed in. Great location, close to town centre and beach. Very clean and well kept despite being a dog friendly property. Property access and surrounding gardens easily accessible for disabled.

Lovely location, lovely house. Very comfortable and has everything you need. My husband is disabled and the house is perfect for him to be able to get around. The only drawback were the builders, no chance of a lay-in and because of the builders you didnt feel comfortable in the garden due to the noise which was a shame, as we had 2 weeks of lovelyRead more weather!
