Completing the ground floor is the cloakroom with WC and an additional WC with original wooden Thunderbox. Heading down the stairs to the lower ground floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with an electric range oven with gas hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. This is directly followed by a dining area to enjoy family meals. Completing this floor is the handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up the period spiral staircase to the first floor, you will find three beautifully decorated bedrooms. There is a four-poster double with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower cubical and WC (that can also be accessed through the hall).
