This tastefully furnished and spacious ground-floor apartment is just a short walk from the Harrogate Convention Centre and is a fantastic base for enjoying this delightful North Yorkshire spa town.

This lovely apartment is just a short walk from the Harrogate Convention Centre and is ideally situated for enjoying the many attractions Harrogate has to offer. Nearby there are plenty of great restaurants, pubs and tea rooms, and you can enjoy the Valley Gardens, the Stray or the Harrogate Food Tour. The town also hosts the Royal Pump Room Museum, Harlow Carr RHS Gardens, the Turkish Baths and the Yorkshire Showground. Nearby you can explore Almscliffe Crag, Brimham Rocks, Ripley Castle and Plumpton Rocks. Nearby Knaresborough is home to Knaresborough Castle and Mother Shiptons Cave, and the area offers a glorious array of walks through Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales. Skipton, Ripon, Thirsk and York are all within easy reach.

Two entrances lead into this spacious ground-floor apartment, each via seven steps with grab rails. On entering you will find yourself in the attractive and tastefully furnished lounge/diner. With plenty of comfy seating, electric fire, TV, Blu-ray DVD, CD and radio, the welcoming lounge is an ideal space to relax in, and also features a comfy double sofa bed (additional charge for use). You will also find a delightful dining area. Heading into the stylishly designed kitchen you will find it fully equipped with a range style gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and breakfast area for two guests. The washer/dryer can be found in the utility area in the hallway. Exploring further, you will find a cosy double bedroom with plenty of storage space and a super-king-size bed, which can be made up as two twin beds on request. There is also a shower room complete with a walk-in wet room style shower with level access and a WC.

To the rear of the property there is a delightful courtyard, ideal for sunny days, which is shared with the other properties. Please bring feel free to bring your own BBQ. There is a designated parking space for one car to the rear off the property, and there is also unrestricted on-street parking at the front.


Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location in Harrogate, great it is dog friendly.

A comfortable, quiet apartment in a good location, within easy walking distance of the town centre and near to the main driving routes in and out of town. The dedicated parking space is a very welcome facility. Convenient local supermarket and shops less than 5 minute walk.

This is a period property with spacious, well-proportioned rooms which we liked. The location (5 mins walk from the centre) was ideal. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Harrogate next year.
