Located in a complex of properties with shared on-site facilities and just a short drive away from the beautiful beaches and coastline of the Gower Peninsular, this charming single-storey property is a fabulous holiday destination for families and couples alike, located in the beautiful village of Scurlage. This a perfect spot to enjoy both an active or relaxing coastal escape with the area renowned for stunning walking opportunities and is also popular with surfers. Close by is the iconic Worms Head in Rhosilli and an easy drive and well worth a visit is iconic Mumbles with its array of independent shops and eateries for you to try out. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

Entering through the front door you walk straight into a convenient hallway with the door ahead opening out into the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with views out through the patio doors to the shared lawned gardens. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave, and is a perfect social space to enjoy your meal. Dine together sat around the dining table and plan your next day’s holiday activities. After dinner, relax in the cosy lounge area and watch your favourite shows on the TV or curl up with a good book. Leading off the lounge you will find the spacious double bedroom, whilst the twin bedroom is situated off the entrance hallway. To complete the property is the well-proportioned shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside you have access to a lovely shared lawned area, and directly outside your patio doors there is a small seating area with private usage garden bench. This bungalow is set within a complex of properties. Spend the days enjoying all the on-site shared facilities to include an indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub and games room before returning to this light-filled property.
