Nestled in the pretty Bridge of Tilt an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), the Cairngorms National Park, which is perfect for all outdoor pursuits. Enjoy a fascinating tour around the magnificent historic Blair Castle and explore the extensive spectacular grounds. Within easy reach of the popular picturesque towns of Aberfeldy and Pitlochry with their excellent range of eateries, friendly inns and quirky shops. Visit an array of attractions including the Enchanted Forest, Scotland’s premier sound and light event, the hydroelectric dam and fish ladder, historic Killiecrankie and Queen's View. Enjoy a tour around Blair Athol, Edradour and Dewar's distilleries. Take a cruise on Loch Tay, explore Glen Lyon, Scotland's longest glen or visit an array of National Trust of Scotland sites.

Step inside this spacious stylish detached house into the hall through to the light and bright lounge/diner. In the lounge area relax on the sofas after a day out exploring this AONB and watch a great movie on the Smart TV or listen to your music on the Bluetooth soundbar and on those cooler evenings light up the fantastic wood burner. There are sliding doors leading directly out to the enclosed garden with a hot tub and seating area in the dining area. Next is the well-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. Directly followed by the handy utility/boot room with washer/dryer and direct access out the enclosed garden. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, and a bunk bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you first meet with a comfortable seating area with Smart TV. Followed by three bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and en-suite Jack and Jill style shower room with shower and WC, that can also be accessed from the hall. Continuing back through the hall you will find a lovely double and finally completing the accommodation is the pretty king-size bedroom.

Venturing outside to the enclosed garden there is a fantastic private wood-fired hot tub to enjoy and a seating area with charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a wee dram, good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is off-road private parking available for three cars directly in front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

I cannot rate this holiday home more highly! Its in a fabulous location to explore the Cairngorms & a wonderfully appointed home! Perfect for 2 families or a group! It was clean, comfortable and the owners have thought of everything (incl, baby gate, cot, high chair). We arrived to fresh milk, bread & condiments too! Walking distance to Blair CastlRead moree, quiet location, off street parking and the hot tub was a real treat after a day of adventuring around the local area! Absolutely LOVED our stay. Hide

This was a family staycation. The photos of this property do not do it justice. The house is superb in every way. It has the WOW factor. Super location for walks and dining out. The fact that we could take our dogs was a big boost.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It was a great base for us to explore the surrounding area and the perfect place to relax our legs after a long day on the hills. The owner was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

The cottage is smartly decorated and everything was extremely comfortable. Location was great with a lovely quiet garden to enjoy. There was a lovely welcome pack on arrival too. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.
