Nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds, this is a stunning end-of-terrace New England-style lodge enjoying spectacular views across Isis Lake in the Cotswold Water Park.

Situated in the beautiful Cotswold Water Park, this lovely property is ideal for guests wanting to enjoy a range of activities including wind surfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing, fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding and inflatable rides. There’s a choice of spa facilities in the De Vere hotel and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The delightful village of South Cerney is a pleasant walk away and offers a choice of pubs and restaurants. The popular market town of Cirencester is just a short drive and offers fantastic shops, pubs, restaurants, the Corinium Museum, the remains of a Roman Amphitheatre, the Abbey Grounds and Cirencester Park. Tetbury, Stow-on-the-Wold and Bath are within easy reach.

On entering this stunning holiday property, you will find yourself in the bright and spacious lounge/diner. With plenty of comfortable seating, TV/DVD and electric fire, the attractive and welcoming lounge is an ideal space to relax in, and offers a choice of books, games and DVDs. You will also find a charming dining area. French doors offer fantastic uninterrupted views across the lake. Moving into the stylish kitchen, you will find it equipped with an electric oven, grill and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and toaster. You will also find a ground-floor shower room with a WC. Heading upstairs you will find three cosy bedrooms. There’s a large master bedroom with a king-size bed with plenty of storage space and stunning views across the lake. There’s a double room and a twin bedroom. The first floor also features a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and a WC.

Double French doors lead out from the lounge and onto the decked balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the spectacular views overlooking Isis Lake. The balcony features plenty of seating and a dining area as well as a BBQ allowing you to dine alfresco and enjoy a tranquil evening. Off-road parking is available. You will also have access to a shared games room with pool and ping pong tables, a soft play area, children’s playground and tennis courts. Fishing and kayaking are also available onsite.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £200 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Lovely relaxing place. Love the style of the properties and layout. Very comfortable sofas and beds. Spacious decking outside. Was a bit disappointed that a large willow tree restricts the lake view. Nearest grocery store is 40 mins walk so car is easier. Nice chip shop in South Cerney, and a couple of pubs next to it which we discovered on our lasRead moret day as they didn't show up on Google maps. Wifi did cut out a couple of days but ok if we walked a few feet from the property. Nice place. Hide

The lodge we stayed in was fantastic. Extremely clean, very well stocked and in a great location. The whole complex was like being in New England!! And the lakes were magnificent
