On entering this three-storey town house on the ground floor you will arrive into the hallway, ideal place for storing coats and shoes. From here you will find a cosy snug area with TV, Xbox and sofa, perfect for having a little me time after a busy day exploring, also on the ground floor is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate ground floor WC. Heading up to the first floor you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with double doors leading out onto the balcony, after a busy day snuggle up and watch the TV or cook up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen area with two electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
