Further afield, but still within easy reach of the town, there is plenty to see and do in the area including Beachy Head, and Herstmonceux Castle.
This property is a spacious and stylish first floor apartment which makes a great base from which to explore Eastbourne and surrounding area. Accessed up a flight of stairs from the entrance hall, the apartment opens up into the lounge, a cosy, light-filled room with a large bay window, two sofas, a dining table, Smart TV, DVD, and music system with USB input and a record player. An unusual addition to this room are the two single wall-beds which provide extra sleeping space for two guests (this area has a privacy curtain which can be pulled around it). The kitchen is a bright space which is equipped with everything that guests will need for their stay including a double electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a second dining table in the kitchen which is ideal for breakfast. The bedroom is a relaxing king-size room from which a patio door leads out to the decked seating area. The contemporary bathroom, meanwhile, offers a shower over bath, whilst the separate WC is just next door.
Outside, there is a decked seating area with a table and chairs on the same level as the property. Stairs lead down to the garden, which has a second seating area and a small lawn. There is also a bike shed which guests can use should they wish, and roadside parking subject to availability (permit must be requested at the time of booking).
