We love the cottage, the interior is well designed by a good carpenter, (the kitchen is built using a 1950s kitchen cabinet as a theme!) The people in the village are friendly, the village shop is very useful. It is a good base for the various coastal attractions. For excersize there is a large field next to it to walk around.

Lovely period cottage in small friendly village. The property is on a main road but this is normally quiet. Make sure you park in the allocated space or there will be hell to pay. Cute little cottage, very well equipped . As back sufferers we were worried about the bed but the mattress was lovely ( bed a bit squeaky when you turned over) right next to a main road which was noisy in the early hours , the rest of the time it didnt bother us as we were at the back of the house . Little Croft is a lovely cottage where the 3 of us had a wonderful time. The cottage is full of character and is finished to a very high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped, unlike other self catering properties weve stayed in, & there were also games and books if you wanted them. The housekeeper contacted us during our stay to check everything was okay and, whilst we never had a problem, I am undoubted she would have addressed it immediately. I stayed at the cottage for a long weekend in January and the cottage was the perfect hub to protect from the wintery climes outside. I went by myself to soak up some country air and to do some planning for work and it couldn't have served me better. I was up before sunrise (it was winter after all) and was out walking in the beautiful golden sunliRead moreght in less than a minute because the cottage is located next to and opposite a field and public walking route. The local shop is a 5 minute walk and contains all the essentials including fresh pastries. I'm already booked to go back in March with a friend and can't wait to explore more of the area. Hide

The cottage was clean and tidy upon our arrival, but exhibiting a slight musty smell associated with aged buildings. The lounge area in the extension at the back of the property provided plenty of seating, but was a little uncomfortable. All electric equipment was in good order and wifi connectivity was good throughout our stay. Hide
