With two main roads in easy reach of the cottage, day trips to Newquay, St Austell, St Ives and Falmouth are all recommended and not too far in the car, or stay closer to home and take a stroll on the footpath directly from the land you’re staying on. There’s plenty of tea rooms scattered around for a traditional Cornish cream tea, or if you fancy something a little more energetic there are lots of local cycle routes.

Upstairs, the property offers two bedrooms, the first of which is a generous king-size room and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be made into a twin on request. This room also has an en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC.
