Lovely comfortable cottage with very friendly office staff but need to be aware the cottage is quite a long way out of Helmsley up a long narrow road

The cottage was well equipped, clean, fresh smelling and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we could not fault anything. Although on a working farm, we were never disturbed by their work. Everyone extremely friendly and welcoming. Plenty of information in the cottage about the cottage and equipment and places to visit. We stayed 2 weeks couRead moreld have stayed more. Will definitely visit again. Hide

The accommodation was great. Almost home from home. Our aim was to see relatives but the location, albeit remote, was central for attractions such as Whitby and York. Would recommend it for people who love the countryside. Irrespective of the weather a welcoming cottage to return to.

Great location away from hustle and bustle but near to lovely town of Helmsley. Farmer very friendly. Lots of lovely dog walks along public footpaths and bridle ways.
