This stunning detached farmhouse is situated on a working farm close to the Devon and Cornwall border, and with an array of attractions within easy reach provides a perfect base for a fun filled family holiday.

Beautiful property located on a working farm with plenty to see and do nearby. While away the hours on the nearby Tamar Lake, a nature reserve right on your doorstep, which is perfect for countryside walks. The Upper Lake offers coarse fishing, water sports, a lakeside walk and cafe. The North Cornish coastline is also just a short drive, which is ideal for surfing and sunbathing, or alternatively the lovely cliff-top walks which offers spectacular views across the Atlantic coastline. The Cornish town of Bude provides excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and the nearby market town of Holsworthy also offers a selection of amenities and weekly farmers market.

Step inside the spacious entrance hall and head into the lounge with reclining sofas where you can relax after a busy day and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV in front of the warming wood burner, or on a warm summers day throw open the French doors and let the outside in. Next is the spacious kitchen/diner with a dining table to seat everyone for those all-important family meals.
