Property is well situated for beautiful Hartland coast and quite spacious for 6 people. Beds are small are not suitable for people over 58. Kitchen has good and comprehensive equipment but little workspace. Steps to front door are steep and slippery in wet weather and difficult for anyone not completely fit. Garden is not attached to property.

The property was very spacious & suitable for 6 . It needs an upgrade & thorough deep clean. It's quite shabby & dusty. Kitchen cupboards need tidying & new saucepans with lids that fit . A loo brush for the master bedroom would be useful. Master bedroom needs a bigger bed and reconfiguring as door to ensuite buts up against bed and the stair rail Read moreblocks out part of the TV which is too far away to see properly. Towels have holes in them. Pillows have other peoples blood on them! Hide

Nice and spacious but needs a deep clean. I would recommend this property if it had been cleaned properly.
