Set on a working farm, this fantastic and spacious property is just ten minutes from the Tamar Lakes and boasts countryside views, a private hot tub and games room.

The Tamar Lakes offer opportunities for coarse fishing, water sports, shooting and lakeside walks. Hartland Abbey, Tapeley Park and RHS Rosemoor are all within a short drive, offering spectacular houses and gardens. You will also be close to the charming villages of Bradworthy and Kilkhampton. The North Cornish coastline is not far, which is perfect for surfers and sunbathers, or you could enjoy lovely cliff-top walks which offer spectacular views across the Atlantic coastline. Head towards the coast and visit the golden sandy beaches of the picturesque Cornish town of Bude, an ever-popular location for families and surfers. Alternatively, you could explore the wild beauty of Dartmoor, which offers fabulous walks and wonderful scenery. This detached barn conversion is approached via a sweeping driveway.

Entering the property leads you to the spacious and elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming and stylish lounge is a perfect place for relaxation, with TV/DVD, a central raised wood burner (logs included) and doors leading out to patio with access to hot tub. The bright and cheerful dining area is ideally situated. Heading over to the attractively designed kitchen, you will find everything you may need including a range-style oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge and freezer are located in the utility room. Exploring further, you will find the first of six bedrooms: a twin room with patio doors which open out onto a private courtyard area. The room also has an en-suite bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, WC and underfloor heating. There is also a separate ground-floor WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room with WC. There’s also a further double room, a twin room, and a family room, with four single beds and an en-suite shower room with WC. You will also find a bathroom with freestanding slipper bath, shower and WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax in the private hot tub, or sit back in the enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ. You will also have exclusive access to the games room, with a pool table and table tennis. You are also free to wander over the 300 acres of open farmland and explore all it has to offer, or simply sit and relax in the lovely grounds. Ample off-road parking is available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A very family and dog friendly property. Ideal for large groups. The games room and hot tub are a real bonus - especially for teenagers.

This is a lovely conversion in a beautiful farm setting. It would easily accomodate 14 people as stated with plenty of room for all. We had a great holiday, with beaches and good walking not far away. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Had a fabulous stay with 6 adults, 4 teenagers and two dogs. Plenty of space. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds comfy. Games room excellent - pool, darts, table tennis, treadmill, weights. Shower in our room excellent. Loved the hot tub. Lots of outdoor space. Enjoyed Sandymouth beach which was approx 15 min drive away, teens had a surf lesson whichRead more they loved. Nice cafe. Lovely barn conversion set on a working dairy farm. The surrounds are a concrete yard but there is access through a gate to an extensive garden. Well equipped games room and hot tub were popular but towels and some kichen eouipment need replacing as they have seen better days.

We had a fantastic week, staying here. Everything is provided for you, towels, bedding, crockery, etc. There is even a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms are very spacious and most ensuite. The downstairs space is amazing!! Lots of room for cooking, dining and relaxing. We had a family birthday celebration, with 14 adults, yet we still had spaRead morece and didnt feel on top of each other. Everyone loved the place and felt quite at home.
