An incredible house that would comfortably accommodate its maximum occupancy (although we were a reduced group due to Covid). The location is stunning, perched on the side of the hill with easy walking into Lynton and a steep walk down to Lynmouth. Beware of long queues for the cliff railway and be prepared to walk back. This is not an area or housRead moree suitable for those who are unfit or infirm. The owners were super helpful but not bothersome and there was a generous welcome pack. Highly recommend Hide

The house is great. The attention to detail was very good. Everything we needed was thought of. Great location for walking and for getting out and about in the car. A lovely part of Devon. We would definitely stay there again.

Arrived Friday to find the owner who I had been dealing with had sold the house that day! New owners Richard & Kate were really helpful tap in kitchen was wobbly and they sent a plumber out on Sunday morning. The only reason gave lower score for cleanliness is no reflection on the new owners but Mrs Weston the previous one. I have no doubt when theRead morey have the property to their standards it will be superb. Hide

Amazing house if you are into beautiful views. 2 living rooms which suited us so that people could be noisy in one room, playing competitive games etc and calm in the other room, reading etc. Really fun house as so many rooms get for kids to play in. The layout is a bit odd as the dinning room is below the living rooms and isn't the best room in thRead moree house but the kitchen was great, everything you need and more! All in all the house was brilliant charming and has a great atmosphere. Hide
