This modern take on a traditional Norfolk farm building offers light, space and plenty of home comforts both inside and out.

Located in the popular coastal village of Thornham, this property is within walking distance of the local pub, restaurant and deli. The Holme Dunes nature reserve is nearby, offering fantastic wildlife spotting opportunities, holding a variety of species including natterjack toads, butterflies and dragonflies. Norfolk Coastal Path is within easy reach and promises spectacular sea views at every turn, no matter the time of year.

Inside, the cottage offers a comfortable blend of modern and traditional, with spacious and light rooms, contemporary appliances and fresh neutral decor. The modern galley-style kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob and grill, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, while a handy utility room houses a freezer and washing machine. Once prepared, enjoy meals in the sunny conservatory, which is furnished with a large table to seat six and opens onto the garden beyond. The lounge is a welcoming space with an open fire for cosy evenings in together with 2 sofa's (one of which is a sofa bed), 3 armchairs, decorative artwork, TV/DVD and iPod dock. Upstairs are three light and airy bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room, one twin and one further double. The bedrooms share a tiled bathroom with separate shower.

Outside there is a delightful enclosed garden planted with trees and shrubs. Here you will find garden furniture and a BBQ for making the most of those warm dry evenings. There is also a charming log cabin complete with seating and a heater, perfect for enjoying a peaceful afternoon with a book. There is designated off road parking for two cars.


Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

A lovely cottage, that we have visited several times. Comfortable and well equipped. Love the open fire and the enclosed garden is perfect if you have a dog. Three bathrooms is great too

A truly charming cottage for a small family group with dogs; excellent gravel enclosed garden and conservatory were welcome spaces. Great separate utility room and really well stocked. The owner was very responsive on an occasion when we needed to get in touch. A wonderful coastal location with walks and nature reserves on the doorstep. No need to Read moretravel far - perfect! Lovely cottage with a sun-trap garden and a lovely north-west facing conservatory to enjoy in an evening after a hard day walking along deserted beaches! Noise from the road made opening the windows at night difficult, but it's in a lovely location with walks from the door and we would (are) definitely going back.
