The lounge area provides two comfy sofas next to a floor to ceiling window and patio doors which brighten up the space and bring the views inside, so put your feet up and relax, and watch a movie on the TV. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need to cook a special meal for your loved one such as an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The nearby dining table is situated next to another floor to ceiling window with pretty views over the surrounding fields. Our stay here was unforgettable!! The location is perfect, so peaceful, yet only a short walk away from the nearby village with a range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Plenty of nearby walks too. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The cottage was in a good position with nice walks nearby. However, internally the poor quality furnishings & lack of equipment let it down (no kitchen utensils, sparsity of cutlery, random assortment of crockery & glasses, no hairdryer etc). Externally the patio area needed weeding and the area round the cottage needed tidying. There was an abundaRead morent supply of cleaning equipment and materials but there was only 1 toilet roll. Overall we did not feel the cottage warranted its 4 star rating. Hide

Lovely rural location, ideal for couple (+ dogs). Reasonable walk to village of Audlem (20 minutes) where there is a good choice of pubs/places to eat, and a small supermarket.
