Tenby with its cobbled streets and golden sands is a short distance by car or bus. There is a plethora of attractions within a short drive including Manor House Wildlife Park, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park. Nearby Manorbier, Carew and Pembroke also offer stunning castles.
Enter the front hall with a cosy lounge to the left with sofas, chairs, a feature fireplace and TV/DVD. Opposite is a good-sized twin bedroom with TV. Proceed through to the large open-plan kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. This room leads you out to the sunny conservatory with seating that looks out to the garden. From the dining area there is another hallway from where you access a double bedroom and the bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. There is also a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.
Venturing outside you will find a patio area with a charcoal BBQ, large table and seating for six where you can enjoy outdoor dining. There is a large enclosed rear garden which has two reclining chairs and a bench table located just a few steps up from the patio. There is off-road parking for one family car or two small cars.
