Close to shops and pubs offering a choice of eateries so the pressure is off when it comes to cooking. Enjoy scenic walking routes to suit all abilities, ranging from gentle strolls to challenging long-distance hikes. Other attractions within easy reach of the property include the grand western canal, Tiverton Castle and the beautiful Bickleigh. Further afield is the expansive beach at Minehead, the cathedral city of Exeter, and the medieval village of Dunster with its ancient castle. Approaching this property down quiet country lanes, guests will immediately appreciate the secluded surroundings which allow them to escape the stresses of day-to-day life.

The impressive and contemporary accommodation offers guests a superb holiday home with a huge open-plan lounge/diner with snug at one end with books games and a pool table. The lounge area entices you to relax on the comfy sofas and watch the Smart TV or challenge your partner to a game of pool or just put your feet up and enjoy a good book. The centre of the property offers a large dining table seating everyone comfortably, a wood burner and large French doors that open up onto the garden. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and is well-equipped and where guests will find everything they need to cook up a storm including a large Range oven and hob, microwave, large American style fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. For those who need to do laundry, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in a separate utility room. The property has six bedrooms in total, four on the ground floor, two doubles, one twin each with their own en-suite shower rooms with WC's and one super-king-size with access to a wet room shower with WC, this wet room also has a door from the hallway. A separate WC is also on the ground floor. Up to the first floor is a twin room with en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a fabulous master super-king-size bedroom with luxurious en-suite bathroom with freestanding slipper bath, separate shower and WC.

Heading outside through the large picture French doors which open out onto the leisure area which is decked and offering superb rattan style garden furniture, BBQ and a private hot tub. There is a large lawn area, ideal for ball games.
