DELIGHTFUL BUNGALOW SET IN LOCATION CLOSE TO THE NORFOLK COAST

The property renovated in 2016 offers open-plan living and an ideal base from where to explore. Situated in the heart of the thriving village of Dersingham, well served with shops and places to eat, enjoy local walks and the countryside. Close to the Sandringham Estate.

The stunning beaches at Snettisham and Heacham are close to the property. Sandringham and the Queen’s estate is a short drive, along with many other grand houses including Houghton Hall and Holkham Hall. Bircham Windmill along with English Heritage Properties at Castle Rising and Castle Acre and National Trust Properties at Oxburgh and Felbrigg. For family fun head to Hunstanton for the fair and beach or Pensthorpe and Snettisham Park to see the animals. The North Norfolk coast is close with Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney Point. Fakenham and King’s Lynn offer shops and restaurants and pubs can be found in the surrounding villages. The coast hopper bus stop is located near to the property giving you access to all the local resorts.

On entering this spacious bungalow all on one level into the entrance hall, a galley style kitchen that is well equipped, having an electric oven and gas hob,  microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. An open plan lounge/diner having bi-folding doors to the garden and decking area, the lounge has comfortable sofas a  feature fireplace and TV/DVD. There are three bedrooms a king size bedroom with an en suite shower room comprising of a double walk in shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with vanity unit, a double bedroom and a twin bedoom. The family bathroom having a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

Perfect holiday cottage with a secure garden for the dogs. There are plenty of local amenities. Lots of the cafes, tearooms & pubs are dog friendly. Our favourite walks were the woods around Sandringham and old Hunstanton beach.

The cottage is immaculate and Graham who looks after it is very friendly and helpful on explaining how things work on arrival. Perfect location with a large co op 2 mins walk away and a great common for dog walking The hot tub is amazing inside and outside space is just lovely.

This bungalow was amazing. Comfortable beds. Comfortable sofa. Brilliant hot tub situated in a good size back garden. Well maintained. Kitchen is very well equipped. We had a brilliant time as a group of 6 ladies. Hot tub was excellent and we used it lots. The whole cottage felt very homely with lots of home from home touches including a welcome pack of milk, bread, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar and even a bottle of wine. Graham next door was very helpful.

We were met by Graham (next door) who helped us in, showed us around the facilities and even helped carry our luggage in. A welcome pack consisting of fresh bread, eggs, milk and a bottle of wine greeted us. The facilities were clean and well maintained, in all rooms. The garden was large and well kept. Netty's Cottage had everything we needed for a great family holiday, it was really well equipped and in a great location to reach many of the local attractions. At the end of the day it was bliss to sit in the hot tub just listening to the sounds of the birds whilst relaxing in the bubbles!!!

We had a wonderful week staying in Nettys Cottage. The cottage is conveniently situated within easy walking distance of a supermarket, pub and dog walks. The cottage is extremely well equipped with a private, enclosed garden.

The cottage is very comfortable and in a lovely place for visiting the coast which are dog friendly, there are 2 pubs both served good food and again dog friendly,shops just a short walk away, the only downfall is it is on a main road.

Well positioned cottage, well equipped with easy parking for two cars. Co op in walking distance, and on a frequent bus route. Close to Sandringham which was one of the reasons for staying here. Local pubs about 15 min walk. Brilliant tearoom also in Dersingham.

An absolutely lovely cottage, it has everything you could possibly need and wonderful for dogs too. Close to lots of beautiful places to walk and everywhere is dog friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely modern open plan living space. Great enclosed garden for the dogs. Hot tub a bonus. One level ideal as came with in-laws. Location great as walking distance from co-op, pubs for meals, tea room, boots pharmacy, butchers, and more than expected for a small village. Nearest dog walk very close.

Met by Graham next door who made us welcome and was very helpful. We were amazed at the cleanliness and high quality of all fixtures and fittings. We all had a lovely time including Charlie the cocker spaniel. Ceiling lights in en-suite need a new battery in the remote!

This was a fab place to stay, it was on the road so a little noisier than where we live. but the it didnt bother us too much. There is a co-op up the road nice and handy and Sandringham was less than a mile away. The enclosed garden was fab for the dogs and as the weather was nice, we used the hot tub every day, definatley a bonus. The kitchen was Read morewell equipt and the bedrooms were a good size. We cannot fault this place, it has absolutely everything you could need or want. The garden is completely secure for dogs (and kids too i expect). Thank you for allowing 2 dogs. We definitely would recommend.

A warm welcome was received when we arrived at the cottage. It is lovely and well presented with everything you need to feel at home. The location is excellent with Village amenities within walking distance, e.g petals tea room, pubs and supermarkets.

The area is amazing beaches, shops, historical sites everything you would want from a holiday. The property was great for the dogs as the garden is safe and secure, also well equipped with everything you would need, the cooker is a little complicated but we did managed to work it.
