Fabulous location and very comfortable and immaculate cottage. Our only reservation was the access road as our car was just little too low for the track.

Beautiful cottage in a fabulously quiet location...very well kitted out with all you could wish for. This was our third visit as we love it so much. Note that low vehicles are not suitable because of the unmade road leading to cottage (however, we did manage it in a Fiat 500 if only very slowly!!).

Lovely well appointed cottage but having a dog it would have helped if part of the garden was enclosed and dog safe!

The cottage is located moments from the coast path in an idyllic rural setting. We were able to walk to St Agnes/Trevaunance Cove and the beautiful Chapel Porth Beach in around 30 mins. The property for 2 is as good as it gets with space, situation and all the things one would hope and expect in a property. It is much bigger than normal for 2 people. Newdowns Cottage is a beautiful building, literally a three minute walk from the coastal path. It is the perfect place to completely switch off and relax in such scenic surroundings.
