Beautifully renovated throughout, this property boasts high ceilings, wooden floors, an original feature fireplace and plenty of natural light through the extensive windows. At the front of the house, a sunny lounge boasts wooden flooring, a Victorian feature fireplace, two leather sofas, a TV, DVD player and dining table set into a large bay window to provide a meal with a view. Location of the property was perfect for easy access to Brixham and walking the South Coast path with the dogs. Great views across Brixham Harbour to Paignton and Torquay and good view of New Years Eve fireworks. Great location love the stay in the bungalow very roomy ,easy access to the town ,would recommend this 100% will returns very soon We arrived Start of Christmas week and was delighted to see there was a Christmas tree there and some Christmas decorations . Ola loved the Garden our Border Terrier

The property had a lovely sea view which was perfect with a cup of tea in the morning. The property itself was within walking distance to Brixham harbour with a fantastic choice of everything you would wish for in a seaside resort. We had a wonderful time in Brixham and the property had the most comfortable beds and fantastic power shower. Ideal location if your able to walk ,quite a steep walk back from brixham town but we enjoyed the walk . The bungalow was idea for taking our black labrador to run round the garden. It was well equipped with everything you would need for your holiday.The lawn needed mowing but that was sorted when requested .we all had a most enjoyable holiday and Read morewould stay again!!!! This was a very nice, comfortable bungalow. The views from the living room and garden are fabulous. It's a short walk into town and to Breakwater, but people with mobility issues might struggle with the walk back from town as it's uphill - but then everywhere in Brixham is up a hill :). The only small niggle is that this is the only house we've staRead moreyed at in Brixham where tea/coffee/milk/sugar aren't supplied for when you arrive. I left some for the next guests :) Overall, good value for money! Hide

We loved watching the sun setting from the lounge window every evening and the view of the sea during the day. The location was super as the town centre is a 5 minute walk away and Newlands is tucked away in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac.
