Clean, tidy, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location for exploring the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. We found a lot of dog friendly things to do within a 20 - 30 min drive. We had a lovely weeks holiday and the little secure garden was perfect for the dog. Great value for money and would definitely recommend.

Very clean place. Everything you need in the kitchen. The rooms are spacious and airy. Lovely place to stay. Central for local attractions. Quiet and relaxing. The only thing that let the place down were the sofas. The faux leather was peeling and they are not very comfortable. I have suggested that they be replaced.

Great cottage. Modern roomy and open plan design. Well equipped. Few things would benefit from updating. Great outdoor space on sunny days and comfortable inside when its not. Fantastic views across the valley. Plenty of room for four adults. Would definitely book again.

The cottage was perfect, clean, fresh with all the facilities we needed and was ample room for a party of 3. It was located on the to p of the valley and had great views. The site was very clean and quiet and everyone was very friendly, a nice environment for families and dogs are welcomed. Emma was very welcoming and she had provided information oRead moref the local attractions which was very helpful to us in planning our visits to the area. One thing we would have liked is a small BBQ. Hide

Lovely modern cottage on a campsite and small caravan park. Very dog friendly and lovely host, Emma. Genuinely enclosed garden for the dogs. Lovely meadow paddock with views across the valley. Good central location for visiting the area. The main road is very busy but the noise didnt impact us.

Cottage was ok, but lacked refinement and was disappointing in a number of areas. Lack of crockery was an issue, sofas were not comfy, no real fire and tv too small. Its also next to owners house and noisy road and campsite which the listing failed to mention. Local area is very deprived and in need of regeneration. Local walks were great and pubs Read moreok. Weve just returned from a lovely stay - 2 adults and a Labrador. The property was spacious & had every bit of equipment & utensil that we needed. We loved the enclosed little area at the front of the property for our dog. Dogs are made welcome in this cottage and in most of the surrounding areas- its great for a dog walking break. Thank you

Very clean and all home comforts catered for. Dogs to be kept on lead if walking around paddock. Constant traffic noise as next to main road but you get used to it. Stay again? YES Definately.

The holiday house is very well situated for exploring the beautiful Forest of Dean. It offers roomy, light and comfortable accommodation. We were made to feel very welcome and much appreciated the wine and doggy treats! Great to have a secure garden for the dog and very convenient parking.
