This cottage is in a quiet location tucked in the grounds of a big house. It is well appointed. The furnishings are modern, clean, and comfortable. Nothing was too much for our hosts - I forgot my hair dryer so they lent me so they lent me their one.

Stunning little cottage surrounded by fields and woods. Loved watching the horses in the neighbouring paddock and they even come up to the windows for a quick hello. The cottage is perfect for going out on local walks or setting out further afield for the day. Beautiful garden which our dogs adored as well as us being able to eat al fresco.

The Ideal little hide away to spend a peaceful holiday in Suffolk . There are walks that lead from the back of the property and a short walk also into Beccles . Richard and Sharon are also the friendliest owners we have met and keep the property and its surroundings in pristine condition.

Very dog friendly: secure enclosed garden; tiled flooring throughout - easy to clean and cool for dogs in hot weather; easily cleaned material on sofa and chair. Owners very helpful without being intrusive but on hand if required. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Richard, Sharon and Teddy.

This is an ideal cottage for two people in a quiet spot. The hosts were very nice and friendly and not the type to interfere unless you needed them. The road up to the cottage is a bit rough in places and uphill so not suitable for a wheelchair or anybody with walking difficulties. Ideally situated to explore Norfolk and the Broads Plenty of placesRead more to visit and a great variety. Hide

Excellent property in an ideal location. Without doubt the cleanest property we have ever stayed at, even the wheelie bin is washed before you move in! Nice garden accessed by french doors as well as its own gate which is very dog friendly, the smallest of dogs will be secure.

This is a beautifully decorated and well equipped jewel of a cottage, but make no mistake - it is small. It has a great little garden for the dog to roam freely.
