There are lovely woodland walks from your door and just four miles to The National Botanic Garden of Wales, which is a fabulous day out. The market town of Llandeilo, with a host of independent shops and eateries is close by and offers an interesting selection of antique shops and galleries. Carmarthen is even closer, with lots of high street stores. Head further afield and the coastline meets a rich history at Llansteffan, with an imposing castle overlooking the beach. Pembrey and Machynys are within easy reach and offer wide expanses of sand, country parks and access to the Millennium Coastal Path.
Enter into this ground floor property, arranged all on one level, into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has a comfortable leather sofa and chair both reclining electronically, TV with Freesat and DVD, the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the area. The kitchen has a contemporary finish and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is lots of preparation space, so making a special meal during your stay will be a pleasure. Heading through into the hall there is a Jack-and-Jill shower room with WC, which is shared with the double bedroom, this room looks out towards fields beyond. This property is a super retreat suitable for couples of all ages.
Outside there is a sitting area with furniture and private parking directly by the property. There is an area of woodland for you to stretch your legs too, where bluebells line the path.
