Enter this traditional farmhouse through the front door; to the right you will find the cosy lounge area with comfortable sofas, TV and warming wood burner, perfect for those cooler winter months. Off the lounge to the left you will find the formal dining area; this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a home-cooked meal together. This room has lots of character and retains some original features. Leading off the lounge you will enter the kitchen area, fully equipped with a range-style AGA with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and a small breakfast bar to enjoy a morning coffee. As you continue to explore the ground floor you will find a small snug area, the perfect space to curl up with a good book. Completing the ground floor is a large games room with a full-size pool table, dart board and TV, and a ground-floor shower room with WC.
