Single storey luxurious romantic retreat with courtyard garden in Old Colwyn. Close to pubs, beach and shops on the North Wales coast. Perfect to relax and enjoy the culture, attractions and activities.

Old Colwyn is a great location to explore the coastline and pretty towns and villages in North Wales. Enjoy strolls along the beach at Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea with eateries and shops to explore. Nearby Llandudno, with its pier and theatre, offers lots of shops, eateries and events. Reach the top of the Great Orme by foot or cable car, go karting at Glan y Gors or join the coastal path for majestic sea views. Visit historic Conwy, a World Heritage Site, with 13th century castle, harbour, attractions and independent shops. All also offer renown golf courses too. Visit the City of Chester or explore Betws y coed, the gateway to Snowdonia National Park and its attractions such as National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens, Zip World and Surf Snowdonia.

Delightful ground floor apartment refurbished in 2020 with all the thoughtful little extras for your stay. Walk into the property via the tiled porch and into the hallway with plenty of space for your sandals, walking boots and coats. To you right is the cosy lounge with soft carpets, contemporary feature electric fire, comfortable sofas and TV, just perfect to relax in after a full day out. Along the corridor is the stylish kitchen/diner with French doors out on to the courtyard. If you decide to eat in, the high-spec kitchen is well-equipped to prepare a romantic meal with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. This is a creatively designed social space with kitchen area, granite breakfast bar, Smart TV, sofa and dining table for two. Back into the corridor you will find the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC. At the end of the corridor is the fabulous bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into a twin on request), TV, dressing room and elegant en-suite shower room with WC. Throughout the property you will find thoughtful little extras and creature comforts to enhance your stay.

Outside the property is reached by three steps leading to the front garden with established shrubs and lawn, to the rear is the courtyard perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining and enjoying the sunshine. There is ample on-road parking outside the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Perfect location, easy reach to a lot of amenities. Such a beautiful home, everything was well thought out. Perfect little garden space the dog loved. Will definitely be returning

This property was very well finished and has everything you need to help you have a relaxing time. Great outdoor space for dogs too. All in all an excellent choice.
