Very comfortable cottage in a great location. Walking distance to Presteigne where all the shops, cafes and restaurant owners are extremely friendly. We would also recommend a visit to the Judges Lodge in Presteigne, a very interesting place to visit. Our cottage hosts were absolutely brilliant and made sure we had everything for our stay with our Read moretwo young children. The little extra touches were very much appreciated. The old mill cottage is a magical place! With a garden to behold. There are wonderful short walks in the proximity of the cottage. Whether cascading through the forest, strolling along the glorious riverside or taking the 5-10 minute walk into town. A place well worth visiting with welcoming sincere owners.

This has to be one of the best locations away from the stress of city life. The owners have done a superb conversation of a stable and hayloft. If I can sleep till 7.30 vs 6.30 the sound of a babbling brook must be good .

A lovely cottage in a brilliant location to explore mid-Wales. Such a peaceful place, with the sound of the river being exceptionally relaxing when laying in bed. Close enough to Presteigne centre to be convenient (5-10 minute walk) but located in such a quiet spot it feels isolated enough too.
