A characterful cottage in a beautiful village and lived up to all expectations. We went to many surrounding villages and on returning to the cottage said each time that our village and cottage was the best.

The cottage is in a very quiet location and the perfect place to unwind. Just a 5 minute walk to the Excellent pub And a shirt drive to the coast. If a phone signal or solid wifi is not an Essential part of your life then could not recommend this cottage enough. We will certainly be back to enjoy more exploring in this wonderful part of Dorset.

Old Sawyers was very comfortable and well equipped, and Jo very welcoming. The village was quiet (but with a good pub) and in easy reach of great (dog friendly) beaches and other places to visit or see.

The cottage was perfect and very dog friendly. Our host could not have been more welcoming or helpful. On learning that we were on our honeymoon she delivered a card and bottle of English fizz. We would highly recommend this cottage.
