Newton Ferrers is a very pretty village on a stunning estuary. The cottage has been done to a good standard and had everything we needed for our stay. The only problem was the flushing of the downstairs toilet which was very hard to do. We would recommend going to Salcombe, Dartmouth and for very good rockpooling go to Wembury beach.

Beautiful well equipped comfortable cottage in a lovely village close to the amazing coast and Dartmoor We just spent 4 glorious days there and will always remember it My young family even commented on what a good choice I made with the cottage

The cottage is a good base to explore the local area. The cottage itself was comfortable and well equipped. There are local facilities a short walk away and we had an enjoyable break. As the area is steep would not recommend for elderly or those with limited mobility.

The cottage itself was great and had all that we needed however a mention of the location would have been helpfull as we were not prepared for the steep hills arou d the village. This was an issue as we had a person with walking issues with us.

This cottage is in a good location 10 minutes down a short Steep hill but easy to walk with a lovely cafe half way and amazing views. Its very clean, simply furnished but well stocked with good quality items it has excellent beddings, soft big towels and powerful showers and a small patio. Plenty of safe parking on the side and lovely walks straighRead moret from the front door. The Swan Pub is very friendly with good food so Overall we would recommended Olive Court House. We had a brilliant time. Hide

Fabulous location, village with plenty of amenities ie coop with cash machine, butchers, tea shop, the pub unfortunately was closed due to ill health but appears to have been closed for a while. There are 2 other pubs in Noss Mayo which are easy to get too, which is very nice. The cottage is lovely, the nicest we have stayed in, very modern clean aRead morend well taken care of. We booked 2 days before staying for 4 nights it was ideally placed for us to visit our daughter in Plymouth. We will return. Hide

The cottage was very clean and warm. Location Is beautiful with lovely costal walks and beaches close by. The ship Inn is a must visit. Unfortunately we had booked the dolphin in for our first evening as we knew we would arrive late, when we arrived the pub was closed?
