This spacious, semi-detached cottage sits in a leafy street on the periphery of the pleasant market town of Carmarthen, in West Wales, with pubs, shops, cinema and restaurants all within walking distance. As well as the train station situated within a five minute walk, there is a cycle path and walking routes which run near to the cottage. It is well placed for exploring the fantastic coastline and attractions of both Carmarthenshire and neighbouring Pembrokeshire. Beautiful Llansteffan, with imposing castle, sandy beach and seaside shop is just a short drive. For nature lovers the National Botanic Garden of Wales is a must, and is only a short drive away. Coastal resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby are slightly further afield but within easy reach in the car, with attractions such as Oakwood, Blue Lagoon, Folly Farm and Heatherton nearby, offering lots of family fun. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

Newly refurbished in 2019, enter the main door and step straight into a games room, perfect to entertain children, teenagers and the more fun-loving adults. Head through into the ground floor hallway, where to the right-hand side is the delightful lounge, with exposed brickwork, hardwood floors, comfortable sofas and chairs, TV and a welcoming wood burner, making this a great retreat any time of the year. There is a beautiful kitchen/diner with an electric Range oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The ground floor master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area and an en-suite shower room and WC. Head up a flight of stairs leading up to the first floor with sumptuous bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Leading to the right from the landing are the remaining three bedrooms. There is a large super king-size-zip-and-link bedroom with sash windows, allowing lots of light into the room, a double bedroom with ornate, decorative fire place and a further twin bedroom with two single beds.

Outside there is a rear enclosed garden, with patio and lawn areas and ample furniture to sit and relax. There is also off-road parking for two cars.
