We had a wonderful time, we all slept so well because the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Diane and Simon are wonderful hosts and made us so welcome. Our grandchildren were even given the opportunity to drive the farm tractor! It is a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. We had day trips to Bamburgh, Durham, Beamish and also visited some prRead moreetty villages in the surrounding area. We will go back again because there was so much more to visit close by. Hide

The cottage is so pretty and in immaculate condition, but also child and dog-friendly. We so enjoyed being on the farm itself. The cottage has lots of DVDs and board games to play. Our hosts had good recommendations for pubs and farm shops nearby and places to visit. Thank you for making us so welcome.
