A superb four-bed property in what is arguably one of the best locations in Portreath, with stunning views over the village, sea and beach.

The property is ideally located for anyone wanting amenities right on their doorstep, with spectacular views too. Portreath has an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a dog-friendly beach (seasonal restrictions apply) within a few minutes’ walk of the cottage. There are numerous walks in the area, making it ideal for those after a more active break, with trails along cliff tops and through villages, plus the infamous South West Coast Path. St Ives, Truro and Penzance are all within easy reach, or travel slightly further to see the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, or Land’s End.
Lovingly decorated for a homely vibe by the sea, the accommodation is arranged over three floors, making the most of the spectacular scenery from most rooms. On the ground floor of the property, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a single. The single room also benefits from an en-suite shower, with WC. Up to the first floor, you will find all of the living space. The spacious lounge has beautiful views out to sea, with comfortable sofas to sink into and enjoy the surroundings, or watch something on the TV/DVD. There is a large dining table with equally wonderful views, and sliding doors out to the balcony. Through to the kitchen, it is well-equipped with a double electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Also on this floor there is a bathroom, with shower over bath and WC. Up to the second floor, there are two other bedrooms, both with double zip-and-link beds which can be made into twins on request. There is a shower room with WC on this floor.
There is a small area to the front of the property, with seating to make the most of the view, and a BBQ. The balcony out from the dining room offers first floor viewing, and there is garage parking for one small car with two further spaces available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely and clean, well equipped, well furnished, with a stunning view of the beach which was a Couple of minutes walk. Takeaway and pub within walking distance. Shop and bakery just a few minutes walk away. Lots of places to visit with just a short drive.

The location of the cottage so close to the sea was fantastic. The views are stunning. The cottage is well equipped with spacious accommodation . Lovely walks nearby, our dogs loved going on the beach after 7pm too. We had a wonderful holiday.

Perfect location for Godrevy ( Hayle), St Ives, NT Godolphin, Camel trail (cycling to Padstow), St Michaels Mount - all within 35mins. Eden Project- about an hour but why go anywhere? - toddle down to Portreath beach in 2 mins! Or stay at Penpraze and enjoy the sea view .......

This place was amazing. It is literally less than a minute to the beach. It was very spacious for the five of us (incl 4 adults) so we could really spread out over three floors. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by and see all the activities going on in the sea. It was well equipped and very comfortable in every room. This property has absolutely everything you will need. Completely spotless, ideal location, fantastic for families, the owners were great- on hand if you need them. Really beautiful setting and plenty of very local amenities. Wonderful time.

Penpraze is a lovely property and you could not ask for a better location or view! Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach with restaurants and 3 pubs equidistant. A perfect property, the perfect hosts and a beautiful location. Centrally located on the North Coast of Cornwall and easy too get to and from. And a beautiful beach seconds away from the property.
