Set within 500 acres of scenic countryside and near to the Epynt Way walk, spend the day walking, hiking and biking over mountain and valley before returning to this cosy farmhouse to relax in the hot tub.

Remote and wild, escape the bustle of everyday life and truly relax surrounded by the Welsh countryside. The Brecon Beacons National Park is perfect for walking enthusiasts with breathtaking landscapes to be enjoyed from riverside to mountain peaks. Hire mountain bikes and enjoy pony trekking at Cantref Adventure Farm, or try sailing, paddle boarding and kayaking at Llangorse Lake. Tackle Pen y Fan, the largest peak in South Wales in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park, or Cefn Llechid with views to the Black Mountains and The Sugar Loaf. Sennybridge has numerous pubs and services providing everyday essentials, whilst Brecon boasts a cathedral, regimental museum, cinema, mountaineering shops and bike hire - the area has excellent routes for both mountain bikes and road cyclists.

This traditional farmhouse dating back to the early 1600s has been sympathetically renovated retaining many of its original features. The exposed beams and stone fireplace add character making this a warm, comfortable and fascinating place to stay. The open-plan living space has been designed with socialising in mind, ideal for large groups and family get-togethers. The superb fitted kitchen has a built-in oven with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, whilst the utility room has a washing machine, sink and a cloakroom with WC. The dining table seats six in comfort, perfect for fun-filled mealtimes. The living area is dominated by a large featured central fireplace with a wood burner-effect electric/gas fire that divides the room, with both ends benefitting from the warmth. With two sofas and three chairs there is room for everyone to relax in the evening, with a film, book or board game. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with a shower cubicle and basin, and one twin room. The family bathroom is very spacious with a double sized shower and separate bath.

Outside, enjoy dining alfresco on the patio with the most amazing panoramic long reaching views over the surrounding countryside. Children will love the small shared play hut and swings, and when the weather takes a turn head to the shared games room for a game of pool/ping-pong.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
