Within easy reach of the world-famous St Andrews, home of golf, and the vibrant city of Dundee with its excellent range of leisure and shopping facilities. With the picture-postcard East Neuk of Fife fishing villages – including boat trips to the famous Isle of May, the Fife Coastal Path, and the wonderful sandy beaches at Kinshaldy and walks at Tentsmuir on your doorstep, you will be spoilt for choice.

Step inside this wonderful arts and crafts Edwardian country house with beautiful period features into the vestibule with lovely stain glass windows ideal place to store your outdoor clothing, through to the hall with feature fireplace and grand staircase. The light and bright lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring the beautiful local area with SkyTV with film and sports package, Wii games console, Bose bluetooth speaker and a lovely roaring wood burner for those cooler evenings. To the rear of the lounge is the dining area perfect for family meals together. Adjacent to the lounge is the bespoke kitchen/diner with electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Continuing back through the hall there is a separate WC, a utility room with washing machine and a freezer located in a storage cupboard, with ample storage space for your golf clubs. Heading up the beautiful staircase case you will find a lovely king-size bedroom with sleigh bed, Smart TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with Smart TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, two twin bedrooms with TV/DVD and en-suite shower rooms with WCs.
