The nearby town of St Agnes is a real gem, with its four beaches, opportunities to try coasteering and canoeing, and its thriving collection of independent shops. Cyclists will also love to explore the Portreath Devoran Tramway, just two minutes from the property, connecting to the Camel Trail and the old tin mines.

The main living area is on the ground floor and has a quaint cottagey feel. There is a TV, DVD, and electric fire in the lounge area, which also has a fold-out dining table. The kitchen area has a more contemporary feel, and is light and airy with an oven, hob, fridge, and microwave. The property’s shower room with WC is also on the ground floor, whilst the double bedroom, with sloping ceiling, is situated on the first floor and is accessed by an open-tread staircase.
Outside, the property benefits from a small seating area by the front door and, additionally, shared use of the owner’s large garden. There is ample off-road parking. Guests may bring up to 3 dog by arrangement, and at an extra fee per dog of £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
