Excellent cottage perfect for couples. Lots of extra finishing touches which made this 5 star accommodation. Clearly the owners had thought of everything. Peaceful location, great for walks from the cottage itself and exploring nearby Ilkley and Harrogate. Even though the next door property was occupied we were not disturbed by any noise. What a fantastic little gem of a place to stay! The attention to detail in the property was amazing. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise with lots of other little extras! The only downside to the property is it sits very close to a house catering up to 12 people, the first evening we were there the house was occupied and a very loud and noisy Read moreparty was taking place, thank goodness they left the next day! Wed only stay again if we were assured the property next door were to be empty. Hide

Lovely location but with very steep drive and in close proximity to neighbouring cottage. This was empty while we were at Poachers Den but, if occupied, you would feel very overlooked - their barbecue and outside seating is right outside your sitting area and bedroom. Also headroom in bathroom is very restricted.
