Lovely character property in a super location overlooking the harbour; the parking spot is a real bonus in this area. Brixham is a great location for exploring Devon by car, but also the property affords easy access to the coastal path on foot and 2 minutes from the harbour with the pubs, restaurants, and general bustle of a working harbour. The Cottage is in a good location and is a good size for a family weekend away which for us was three generations. And we didnt feel as if we were all on top of each other. For the price, it was a good choice and we had a great time. There are a couple of small changes that could be made to improve even more, and the addition of a shower in the dowRead morenstairs toilet would be perfect. Overall, a fantastic weekend in a good property. Hide

The cottage is lovely very close to the harbour. We enjoyed our walks with the dog around the harbour and gardens. Plenty of parking for two big or 3 small cars.

A lovely well located spacious cottage only five minutes from the amenities. It also has the benefits of parking. I feel however it should be pointed out that the rear garden is like Mt Everest and not really suitable for older/disabled guests.

Red Sails is in the perfect position for enjoying beautiful Brixham Harbour. It is a cosy and comfort cottage. The beds are really comfortable and the views from the garden are wonderful. However, my elderly parents did find the steps up to the top of the garden a bit tiring. For Brixham, to find a property with parking can be pretty difficult so tRead morehis was an added bonus. Nice walk around Battery Gardens which is just behind the cottage. Hide
