This detached house with parking is situated on the Jurassic Coast and is a light stroll from Sidmouth seafront. With a central location it is easy to discover the many things to do in this Regency town.

The popular seaside town offers beautiful gardens, an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and access to the South West Coast Path. Sidmouth is a perfect getaway to explore the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, where you can sit on perfect beaches at the foot of pre-historic red cliffs, created some 240 million years ago. Long sandy beaches are within a light stroll, or if you fancy a change of scene the popular beaches of Beer, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Lyme Regis with its fossil hunting are within a short drive. Local attractions include Crealy Great Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens, The Caves at Beer, The Donkey Sanctuary and many more.

Upon entering this delightful detached property, you are greeted with a light and airy hallway, a useful space to hang coats or store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here enter the first of the two lounges where you can relax on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV, which has the added benefit of NowTV. Directly opposite this room is the open-plan lounge/diner which boasts a wood burner effect heater set in a feature fireplace, perfect for those cooler months. This room also benefits from a Smart TV with BT Sport and an Xbox. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There is also a useful utility cupboard within the kitchen which has a washing machine. There is a separate WC off the hallway. Heading up the stairs to the first floor where there are four bedrooms the first is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request), the second is perfect for a family with a king-size bed and bunk beds, the third is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC (also accessed via the hallway) and the fourth bedroom is a single. There is also a further bathroom with a shower over hip bath and WC.

Venturing outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating, it makes a perfect spot to enjoy a charcoal BBQ or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a summer house which is perfect for storing bikes, wet suits and sandy boots. Off-road parking for three cars can be found at the front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This is a lovely Regency House a short walk from Sidmouth Centre and sea front . We needed a house for 5 adults and two 3 year olds . This was excellent .It has two sitting rooms which even allowed for different tastes in tv watching ! The house is very well maintained and decorated and the owner , from a hotel across the road , was helpful , frienRead moredly and approachable . Sidmouth itself is lovely. Hide

Lovely house and great location. Really comfortable for a large group with plenty of room for everyone. The beds are very comfortable. We had a very good holiday in Sidmouth.

This is a well equipped, comfortable house in a superb location. A short, easy stroll to both the beach and the town centre. A well appointed kitchen with all the equipment you need. Bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of room to relax downstairs in the two lounges.
