This beautiful single-storey barn conversion benefits from stunning views of the Piddle Valley. It is a perfect home from home, ideal for exploring the wonders of the Dorset countryside.

Set in the hamlet of Culeaze, this desirable single-storey barn conversion conveys character and rural charm. The local village is 2 miles away and offers amenities with a shop and two pubs. The property has views of the Piddle Valley and the River Piddle, it is perfectly placed with great road links east to west and south for exploring Dorset. The nearest attractions are Monkey World and the Tank Museum. For excursions further afield there is Wareham located 6 miles away, where you can do birdwatching and walking at Arne Nature Reserve or visit Corfe Castle and the Jurassic Coast.

With all rooms on one level, this property is bright and airy with a wonderful spacious feel. From the front path, enter into the open-plan living and kitchen area with a vaulted beamed ceiling, beamed fireplace and tiled floor, it mixes the traditional with all the modern conveniences of daily living. Riverside Barn is a lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. The cottage has everything you need and the garden is great, especially if you have dogs. The location is central to many local attractions. We had a great week and will definitely be returning. The weather was also very kind to us!

Treats and water bowl for the dogs, tea, milk, biscuits and chocolates for the humans very welcome! Large garden was safe for dogs and children, beds comfortable and everywhere very clean, would certainly come again

This cottage is situated in a lovely setting and close to many attractions. Access for all abilities and ages have been considered. We would recommend a visit. The owners are really friendly and helpful.

Fabulous location and cottage comfortable and well equipped. The little things such as biscuits, milk and tea were very thoughtful. Our little border terrier was also safe in a large fenced garden. Would definitely recommend this homely cottage. It was also reassuring knowing that the owners were nearby had we had any problems

Wonderful location, so relaxing a home from home. Owners live on site in main house but leave guests to enjoy the accommodation but are on hand if needed. Fourth visit in two years - cant praise it enough

Excellent cottage in lovely location. Very quiet and peaceful with views over fields to the a River Piddle. Well furnished and housekeeping was excellent. It was difficult to believe that the cottage had not just been furnished and decorated. Location not far from Wool with and e cellent Spar store.
