This fabulous property has been well-equipped and furnished to provide a comfortable stay for the whole family, with two miles of golden sandy beach and amenities virtually on your doorstep making it a great base. The picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course.

Entering this reverse-level property, which has underfloor heating throughout, you are met by two bedrooms, both having Smart TV’s, a king-size with its very own en-suite shower and WC, with French doors leading out onto the rear garden, and a twin room. A fabulous bathroom sits between them and provides a shower over bath and WC. Head up the stairs to the beautiful, vaulted open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its comfy seating and large Smart TV which beckons you to relax. Head out onto the balcony from the large bi-folding doors where you can relax and enjoy a spot of tea whilst looking out over the country park towards the sea. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal one evening there’s a large dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer.

Indulge in the private hot tub within the spacious enclosed rear garden area. There is also an outside shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off wet suits, boards, or sandy paws. There is also a patio area with garden furniture. A BBQ stand and a disposable BBQ are also provided. Allocated off-road parking is available for two cars to the front of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Brand new, beautiful inside with all the mid cons you could require. Upstairs was large and roomy open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with plenty of room for all the family. Downstairs hallway into master bedroom en-suite which was lovely with access via double patio doors to rear patio and hot tub, this is your only direct from house access to the gardRead moreen, we found it ok. Second bedroom off hall was small twin with a small fitted wardrobe. Area is generally very quiet Hide
