For those looking for an adventure during their stay, then you must discover Dartmoor which is renowned for its changing landscape, stunning views, deep wooded valleys with fast flowing rivers and rugged, wide open spaces. Located nearby is the train line, so enjoy a day trip out on the train to the cathedral city of Exeter, which combines high street shopping with places of interest such as the Roman wall and the ancient cathedral. The sea can be found to the north at Croyde or in the South at the dramatic red cliffs of Sidmouth.

The inviting holiday home opens into a spacious entrance hall which is a perfect place to hang coats and store sandy shoes after a day exploring. You will find three stylish bedrooms, a king-size benefiting from an en-suite shower room and WC and TV. The next is a zip-and-link king-size (which can be made into 2’6” singles on request) and the third is a twin room. The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower and WC. There is a useful utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading toward the living area the rooms open to a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is bright and light with French doors opening up onto the garden. The kitchen area is well fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar with stools for informal breakfasts. The dining area has a large table and chairs and seats six comfortably. The lounge has comfy sofas, Smart TV and views across the garden.

Venturing outside you can relax at the end of the day in the enclosed front garden where there is a patio with garden furniture perfect for outside dining with charcoal BBQ and outside tap for sandy toes and paws. Off-road parking for up to two cars available outside the property on gravelled area.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
