Very happy with all aspects of this property it was clearly well managed. The house was well located and and comfortable we used the garden a lot very peaceful. The only downside was the parking we always found somewhere around the nearby streets but do not expect to park outside . However it was a minor inconvenience

We had a lovely family holiday at Samphire. The rooms are all a good size with plenty of storage. Everything we needed for the kitchen was provided. It was thoroughly cleaned ahead of our visit. We found it very peaceful at night. The house is in easy 10 minute walking distance to and from Swanage front.

House was very clean, and had everything we needed. The street parking is abit hit and miss. We were lucky and managed to find a space, and didnt need to move the car all week. Others struggled to find a space if they had been out during the day. But we knew this already as it clearly says so in the property details.

The bins were finally emptied the next day, and full of maggots....WHY, did we have to sort out this scenario.???? Unacceptable.Very stressful indeed.

A wonderful house located in a quiet street outside of the main town but still only a short walk away. We had a very comfortable stay and the property facilities are great. It was perfect for our 3 year old to investigate and child friendly. The bedrooms were very plush and we had some lovely times sat outside in the garden. We have been visiting SRead morewanage for many years and this property was great for investigating Old Swanage. The two local shops were very handy. We highly recommend Samphire. Hide

This was a lovely cottage to stay in, plenty of space and great location. The kitchen could have been better stocked with such things as a frying pan but overall we were very happy and would definitely return.

Locks on the main front door are very difficult to operate and rely on hit and miss to gain access. However once inside the property is 100% perfect - Every aspect.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and the downstairs feels very spacious. All the bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook, prepare and serve a wide range of food and drink; although there was not really a suitable 'oven glove'. Being within walking distance of the Co-Op and tRead morehe restaurants and shops in Swanage was very convenient. Parking is problematic at times. Hide
