There are stunning walks along the coastal path or the Tarka Trail close by and within a short car journey is one of North Devon’s main beaches, Westward Ho! which boasts a two mile stretch of golden sands and the unique pebble ridge. Other attractions in the area include RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.

On entering the property, you are greeted by the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is the perfect back drop for catching up whilst cooking up your favourite seafood dish in the kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. The light and airy lounge area offers remarkable views out to sea allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the rich, soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV/DVD or just enjoy watching the boats go to and fro. After a long day, head upstairs from the lounge area where you will find the two bedrooms, a spacious double to the front of the cottage which boasts beautiful views across the water to Instow and a further double to the rear of the cottage. You will also find the bathroom here with a shower over bath and WC. There is a sperate WC located on the landing.
The cottage also offers a small court yard area to the rear of the property with garden furniture. There is roadside parking available (subject to availability), or parking in the local pay and display car parks (charges apply).
