A stylish stone cottage with the added luxury of a hot tub, tucked away on a working farm in the heart of Western Cornwall.

Ideally located in the midst of the western Cornwall countryside, this cottage is within easy reach of the county’s northern and southern coastline. To the north, the nearest beach is Gwithian, while Praa Sands is the closest on the south coast. Lively St Ives and Marazion, home to St Michaels Mount, are also close by, as well as a number of fantastic restaurants, bars and pubs. There’s many great days out within easy reach including the Minack Theatre, Tate St Ives and Land’s End.
Surrounded by traditional farmland, this stone cottage is one of two in this enviable location. Upon entering the property you will find the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner. The lounge is a lovely and relaxing space, with a TV, DVD and Bluetooth speaker being everything you need to kick back and unwind. The large dining table comfortably seats six, leading into the kitchen area, which is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. A WC can also be found on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, there are the three bedrooms: a single bedroom, a twin bedroom and a king-size bedroom, which also benefits from an en-suite shower and WC. Also on this floor is a bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC.
Outside of the cottage, you can relax in the sunshine in the large garden, laid to lawn. The stand-out feature of this garden is the hot tub, which has been a success with previous guests and is ideal for watching the sunset from. There is also a BBQ to prepare an al-fresco meal with. Off-road parking is available.

Lovely spot, very peaceful and quiet. The enclosed big garden is great for dogs and kids and we enjoyed the hot tub. Despite seeming remote it's only 20 minutes away from major attractions and great beaches. We were sad to leave!

We had a great stay at Sarahs Cottage. The place is huge & well equipped, it felt like home from home for us. Perfect for our family with a 4 & 1 year old. The cottage was absolutely lovely, perfect for a family holiday with a big garden, playground and the house had everything you needed. Caroline was so helpful and friendly and we'd definitely go back. My only suggestion would be to check the weather in winter as the road near the farm gets very flooded after heavy rain and it can make it difficult Read moreto get in and out of the farm to explore the local sights. Thank you Caroline and family. This was our first time in Cornwall and we had an incredible holiday. The cottage was wonderful and felt like a home away from home in a great location 20 minutes drive away from most beaches. We will definitely be recommending and coming back.

Sarah's Cottage was an ideal place to stay. Caroline and her husband were very friendly and went way beyond the call of duty to be helpful. We truly enjoyed getting to know them and their young family. The house was beautifully clean and uncluttered, which was very reassuring in the Covid-19 climate. The hot tub was a real luxury. The National TrusRead moret car park for Godrevy Point and Lighthouse were just 12-15 minutes drive and we were also able to use that for our favourite beach with Lifeguards. Hide

10 of us stayed at Hollie's and Sarah's cottages for one week in August and had a great holiday. The large gardens with children's swings and climbing frames were great for the kids and the hot tubs a nice extra for the adults! The cottages are decorated beautifully and Caroline kindly organised some bbq meat from their farm for us. The cottages arRead moree located in the perfect location - equal distance from the west coast and south coast. Caroline recommended some lovely restaurants - thank you. Hide
