This contemporary beach home boasts a stylish interior and a fantastic location, just a short distance away from two miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho!

When you’re not in the waves or on the green, take to the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, which boasts a select number of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. For a night-out, enjoy free social membership to the acclaimed Royal North Devon Golf Club, which includes use of the bar and restaurant or the Life-Buoy, with its great ocean views. Inside, the accommodation is reverse-level to make the most of the stunning views.

The first floor is comprised of a large open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner, punctuated in the centre by a cosy wood burner. At one end, the contemporary kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, with a dining table to seat six. After a busy day on the beach, unwind in the stylish lounge area and make the most of the TV/DVD and Bluetooth music system or simply sit back and take in the view through the glass balcony doors. At the end of a long day, head to one of the three individually decorated bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which features French doors out to the garden. There are two king-size bedrooms with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, plus one twin bedroom with a TV and a games console. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and a utility room, which houses the washer/dryer. Enjoy an evening drink as the sun goes down on the balcony or take to the enclosed lawn garden below for an al fresco meal at the table and chairs.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This house is a must. We stayed for a week for the Christmas period. All you could need for a holiday home. Everything catered for and the house is really nicely furnished, plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog which was also thought of, a nice touch leaving some treats for the dog, also bowls supplied.Very nice area with some nice eating places. Lovely spacious property, enclosed garden was great for our dog. Plenty of equipment in kitchen. Being October the property was heated well. Lovely comfy beds. We really loved Sea and Tee and didn't want to leave. It was clean, modern, cosy and was ideal for us, our dogs and guests. The beach at Westward Ho! was a short 10-minute walk away and was great for dog walking. We'll definitely book again and cannot recommend highly enough.

Good modern property, easy location for the beach, and surrounding areas. Some nice little touches, like stair gates available, boot mats, dog mats. Property has a relaxing feel to it, and even sat on balcony in late September. Would strongly recommend. Locally, public parking rates quite reasonable - good base to stay at

This is a fabulous holiday home in a fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and great dog walks. Cleanliness is so important for us and this holiday home can not be faulted, it is superbly equipped and every small detail has been thought of. We had a fantastic week away, the accommodation was perfect they had thought of every single thing. I am a organised person but this holiday had everything sorted for me. We were Mum, Dad & 2 grown up sons & one of their partners. Even our 2 fur babies, were catered for, dogs bowls, balls, bags & a jar of dog treats. The cottage is beautiful and fab location especially for people holidaying with their dogs. Easy walk to town and short walk to dog friendly beach. Cottage is stunning and has everything you need. Beautifully decorated too.

This was our second stay at the property, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Location is perfect - close to everything anyone in the group might want. Easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants, the beach, and the golf club. Wow, what a house; warm, beautifully decorated, dog friendly, exceptionally clean and with everything you could hope for in the house - everything was of the highest standard. We hope to book again and definitely recommend any one to stay here. The small town of Westward Ho! is about a 20 minute walk away and you can walk in a big loop back to the Read morehouse, via the coastal road (between the golf course and rocks).
