Very spacious accommodation, decor was immaculate and the ambience of the property as a whole was very calming and homely. We were delighted with the central position of the property and the ability to visit many attractions in North Devon, and locally how accessible we were to Fremington Quay, which was a short and pleasant walk from Seaking Road.Read more A very delightful holiday! August 2020 - property was just perfect. Very clean and tidy and so spacious. The location of the property is fabulous, just a 5 minute walk from the property to Tarka Trail - where you can walk to Barnstaple (which is just 2 miles away on the trail). Passing a little cafe on the way opposite the river Taw. From the property you can easily walk to Read morethe local Costcutter, Boots and the Fish and Chip shop, there are also 2 friendly pubs. We visited the Bloomfield sculpture gardens - beautiful. Hide

A new and modern family property on a residential estate close to the Tarka Trail and the coastal resort of Instow. Easy access to local amenities and Barnstaple town centre with Woolacombe, Ilfracombe, Westwood Ho and Bude within driving distance. Lots of dog friendly pubs nearby with numerous walks.

A really lovely holiday property, very clean and comfortable with every home comfort you would need. Within easy walking distance of the Tarka Trail and Fremington Quay. Other places within easy reach that we visited include Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay, Lynton and Lynmouth, Hartland Abbey and Gardens And Exmoor Zoo. Would definitely recommend North DevoRead moren as a lovely destination and this cottage is in a great central location to see all that the area has to offer. Hide

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and in an ideal location. Just a 2 minute walk on to the Tarka Trail, 10 minute drive to Instow Beach (which was lovely and a lot less crowded than Woolacombe), 10 minutes from Barnstaple and all the big shops such as Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys. Great property, great location ie great base. The house was perfect for the family with all mod cons. The environment was clean and well presented. Trips to the beach easy and trips more in land simple. Instow beach and restaurant perfect and Appledore was adorable and I recommend Appledore Flame Factory restaurant.

This is a beautiful house in a lovely location, perfect for walking the dog. We all had a wonderful holiday. The house was lovely and contained everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of room for the whole family from grandma to grown up children and their partners. A lovely, modern, clean house. We went as a party of 7, there was plenty of space for everyone! Its located on a very quiet new build estate, with shops and pubs within walking distance. There is a nice long walk not to far from the property, but the beach is a car journey away
